On 22 May 2017, terrorist suicide bomber, Salman Abedi, detonated an explosive device in the Manchester AO Arena, killing 22 people, including children, and injuring over 100 more.

Volume 1:
Security for the Arena

This, the first volume of the published findings of the Inquiry, is concerned with the security arrangements in place at the AO Arena on the night of the attack.

Volume 2:
Emergency Response

The second volume of the inquiry, published in two parts, critically considers the response of the emergency services to the AO Arena.

Volume 3:
Radicalisation and Preventability

This third (and final) volume of the inquiry is examines whether the attack could have been prevented through intervention by police or security services.
