Frequently Asked Questions

What is your typical response time?

The National Police Chiefs Council stipulates that your key holder should respond within 20 minutes. We have a success rate of 97.6%. However, we also achieve 70% attendance within 10 minutes - significantly faster than almost all of our peers.

What pre-employment checks do you do?

All of our colleagues are subject to screening and vetting in accordance with British Standard 7858, with some colleagues being subject to more detailed checks, such as Government Security Clearance, Developed Vetting, or Police Checks.

Do you operate in my area?

Code 9 Security primarily operate in Hampshire, the Thames Valley, and Wiltshire - with strategic offices in each region. We also have a Special Operations Team who are based in London, including our Threat Reduction Team and Close Protection Team.
